AECOM 2005 Scholastic Recognition Awards

January 18, 2005

Wakefield, Massachusetts - Metcalf & Eddy, an AECOM Company, is pleased to announce the award recipients of AECOM’s 2005 Scholastic Recognition Program. Alexander Scott, son of Kevin Scott and Marjorie Clinton, daughter of Robert Clinton, both of M&E’s Wakefield, MA office; Danielle Jacobs, daughter of Stuart Jacobs from M&E’s New York office; and Kimberly Corbitt, daughter of Robert Corbitt from M&E’s Norcross, GA office.

Each year, AECOM awards $1,000 merit scholarships to children of non-officer employees of AECOM and its subsidiary companies, to assist in their college education. Awards are made to high school seniors who have been accepted at, or students currently enrolled in, an accredited college or university. The merit scholarships are granted based upon test scores, grades, and other qualifications and renewable for up to four years for students who remain in good standing at a college or university.

AECOM’s Scholastic Recognition Program was established in 1993 in honor of its Founding Chairman, Albert Dorman. Bob Fischer, CEO of AECOM’s Americas Transportation / Environmental Group and Chairman of AECOM’s Scholastic Recognition Program states, “participating in this program continues AECOM’s and Metcalf & Eddy’s continuing commitment to higher education and performance excellence.”
