EPA Response Action Contract (The RAC Program)
Client: U.S. EPA, Region I
M&E is performing engineering, technical, and management services in support of EPA cleanup of Superfund sites containing hazardous waste contaminated soils, groundwater, or sediment in New England. Responsibilities cover all phases, from investigations, through remedial design and construction. M&E is also providing support at Brownfields sites, which are former industrial sites that are prime candidates for redevelopment once contamination issues are resolved.
M&E services include:
- Sampling and analysis support
- Risk assessment
- Remedial investigations and feasibility studies
- Remedial design
- Construction management
- Community relations
