How much travel is normally expected at M&E?

Required travel varies by position and work assignment. Individuals who are hired to work at a specific office are often required to be available and able to visit client locations.

Typically, how much evening or weekend work is expected?

M&E recognizes the importance of personal time beyond the workplace. That's why an employee's typical workweek is eight hours per day, five days a week, with additional hours when necessary. Those working on special projects requiring more than forty hours per week may be paid for this time on a pre-approved basis.

What skills are needed to succeed at M&E?

The technical nature of the business requires all candidates to be technically oriented. Energetic team players with positive attitudes and strong interpersonal skills are most likely to achieve long-term success at M&E
